An under strength BCKC 1 kicked off the season with a disappointing 23-5 loss away to last years runners-up, Taunton Soul 1. The second half saw a great improvement, however, with the team describing it as "faster", "organised", and "much more like actual korfball". The team will look to bounce back with the next fixtures, part of the SWKA Super Sunday.
